Meet the Team

Melissa Radcliffe DNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
Nurse Practitioner
Melissa has her doctorate in nursing practice and is dual-certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She brings a unique blend of expertise to the table.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, she has had the privilege of providing comprehensive healthcare services to individuals across all ages and backgrounds. From diagnosing common illnesses to managing chronic conditions, she is well-versed in delivering compassionate care that addresses both physical and emotional needs.
Though she began her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner, she felt drawn to mental health and pursued a post-graduate certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health NP. Her passion lies in supporting those struggling with mental health and with substance use disorders, blending her skills in both physical and mental health to provide whole-person care.
She believes that mental health is often overlooked or stigmatized, but feels it deserves just as much attention as any other aspect of our well-being. Through extensive training and experience, she has become adept at assessing and treating various mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, opioid use disorders, schizophrenia, and more.
She prides herself on being able to create a safe space for patients to open up about their struggles without fear of judgment. By fostering genuine connections built on trust and empathy, she can provide personalized treatment plans that empower her patients to actively participate in their own care and make informed decisions.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and children. She also enjoys art, woodworking, traveling, and her 2 frenchies.
